Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
I.T. Officer (Scale-I): candidate should have 04 years Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications or alternatively should have completed Graduation and DOEACC ‘B’ level.
Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): candidate should have 04 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering.
Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
Law Officer (Scale I): candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): candidate should have Graduation and full time Post Graduate degree or full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management /Industrial Relations/ HR/ HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduate and Full time MMS (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / Full time 02 years PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing
Age limit: candidate should be 20 to 30 years of age.
Selection Process for IBPS Specialist Officer Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online CWE Examination and Interview.
Examination Scheme
The IBPS CWE examination will consist of 50 questions each from reasoning, English Language, General Awareness and Professional knowledge and Quantitative Aptitude. Examination will be in online mode, candidates will have option to choose the mode of examination between English and Hindi, and the examination will be of 02 hours duration. There will be negative marking for wrong answers, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer choice.
